Asset and Property Management Fellow with AmeriCorps
Be part of the growing Community Land Trust movement in Los Angeles’ east side as a bilingual English/Mandarin Asset and Property Management Fellow in Alhambra with the El Sereno Community Land Trust. Apply to work closely with our Housing team to design a tenant-led asset and property management plan and on-site programs.
This is an 11-month position where you will typically serve 20 hours a week hybrid on-site and remote, with availability between 9am-5pm with occasional evenings and weekends. You will report in person at our office and will be required to travel locally for meetings and community events.
When You Serve with Us:
Earn a $14,400 stipend payable by bimonthly direct deposit.
Earn an additional $3,697 education benefit to pay down qualifying student loan debt or to continue your education.
